ADA4254\u7684\u5404\u79cd\u5b89\u5168\u7279\u6027\u68c0\u6d4b\u5185\u90e8\u548c\u5916\u90e8\u7684\u6545\u969c.\u4e03\u4e2a\u901a\u7528\u5175\u8f93\u5165\/\u8f93\u51fa(GPIO)\u5f15\u811a\u53ef\u914d\u7f6e\u6210\u7279\u522b\u7684\u529f\u80fd,\u6fc0\u52b1\u7535\u6d41\u8f93\u51fa\u53ef\u7528\u6765\u504f\u538b\u4f20\u611f\u5668\u5982\u7535\u963b\u578b\u6e29\u5ea6\u68c0\u6d4b\u5668(RTD).\u5de5\u4f5c\u6e29\u5ea6\u221240\u2103\u5230 +105\u2103,\u91c7\u7528\u7d27\u51d1\u76845mmx5mm28\u5f15\u811aLFCSP\u548c24\u5f15\u811aTSSOP\u5c01\u88c5.\u5de5\u4f5c\u7535\u538b\u00b15 V \u5230 \u00b128 V.\u4e3b\u8981\u7528\u5728\u901a\u7528\u8fc7\u7a0b\u63a7\u5236\u524d\u7aef,\u6570\u636e\u91c7\u96c6\u7cfb\u7edf\u548c<a href=\"http:\/\/testing.eccn.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u6d4b\u8bd5\u6d4b\u91cf<\/a>\u7cfb\u7edf.\u672c\u6587\u4ecb\u7ecd\u4e86ADA4254\u4e3b\u8981\u7279\u6027,\u7b80\u5316\u529f\u80fd\u6846\u56fe\u548c\u53ef\u7f16\u589e\u76ca\u4eea\u8868\u653e\u5927\u5668\u62d3\u6251\u56fe,\u591a\u79cd\u5e94\u7528\u7535\u8def\u56fe,\u4ee5\u53ca\u8bc4\u4f30\u677fADA4254RU-EBZ\u4e3b\u8981\u7279\u6027,\u7535\u8def\u56fe\u548c\u6750\u6599\u6e05\u5355.<\/p>\n<p>The ADA4254 is a zero drift, high voltage, low power programmable gain instrumentation amp<a href=\"http:\/\/www.eccn.com\/topic\/tag_list.html?id=28481\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lifi<\/a>er (PGIA) designed for process control and industrial applications. The ADA4254 features 12 binary weighted gains ranging from 1\/16 V\/V to 128 V\/V and three\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.eccn.com\/topic\/tag_list.html?id=43962\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sca<\/a>ling gain options of 1 V\/V, 1.25 V\/V, and 1.375 V\/V, resulting in 36 possible gain settings. The power consumption of the ADA4254 is a mere 22 mW, making the device an excellent choice for industrial systems that demand precision, robustness, and low power.<\/p>\n<p>The zero drift amplifier topology of the ADA4254 self calibrates dc errors and low\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.eccn.com\/topic\/tag_list.html?id=20158&amp;index=7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">frequency<\/a>\u00a01\/f noise, achieving excellent dc precision over the entire specified temperature range. This high level of precision maximizes dynamic range and greatly reduces calibration requirements in many applications.<\/p>\n<p>The input multiplexer provides \u00b160 V protection to the high impedance inputs of the amplifier, while providing the capability to switch between two input sources. In addition, integrated electromagnetic interference (EMI) filters block harsh RF noise from the sensitive inputs of the amplifier.<\/p>\n<p>Various safety features on the ADA4254 detect both internal and external faults. The serial port interface (SPI) supports cyclical redundancy check (CRC) error detection to ensure robust communication. These safety features ease system safety integrity level (SIL) certification.<\/p>\n<p>Seven general-purpose input\/output (GPIO) pins, which can be configured to provide various special functions, are included in the ADA4254. Figure 1 and Figure 2 show the front and back sides of the evaluation boards with the TSSOP package. The ADA4254RU-EBZ evaluation board is a 4-layer printedcircuit board (PCB).The evaluation board accepts Version A (SMA) edge mounted connectors on the inputs andoutputs to efficiently connect to test equipment or other circuitry. The ADA4254RU-EBZ evaluation board requires the following three supply domains.A high voltage supply domain consisting of the supplypins, VDDH and VSSH, which are typically +28 V and \u221228 V respectively.<\/p>\n<p>The analog output supply domain, AVDD, typically 5 V.
